Joseph River Estate Single Vineyard Chardonnay – Margaret River, W.A.

Premium Margaret River Chardonnay harvested from a single vineyard, which was fermented and matured

in a selection of French oak barrels. A dry, broad style Chardonnay, displaying nectarine fruits, and some

nice acid sharpness to the finish.

Mud House ‘The Woolshed’ Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc – Marlborough, NZ

A combination of bright passionfruit, grapefruit pith and a subtle hint of jalapeno aromas. This wine is built around

its palate presence. Ripe crushed ice acidity allows gorgeous structure and length and in turn enables the wine

to show snow pea, kaffir lime and subtle tropical melon notes on the mid palate. A truly mouth-watering experience.

Very pale yellow with a slightly green hue, this wine displays abundant aromas of exotic fruits with delicate hints

of flint and fresh herbs. The palate is finely textured, displaying the classic Sauvignon Blanc characters of lychee

and passionfruit, and marked by persistent length, texture and fine acid.

Starve Dog Lane Pinot Gris – Adelaide Hills, SA

With aromatics of pear and apple, ripening stone fruits, lychee and honeysuckle. A flavoursome palate reflects

the nose, with fresh cut apple and pear on entry, lengthening to lemon and lychee tones on the back palate. The cooler

climate in Adelaide Hills lends itself well to Pinot Gris, keeping the wine structured and balanced whilst maintaining

the delicate varietal fruit characters and palate weight.

Fishbone Ruby Rosé- Geographe, W.A.

This dry Rosé was made from a single vineyard of Grenache and was lightly pressed and cool fermented

to produce a very refined wine. Dry, tingling acid and ripe fleshy fruit gives some extra body to the wine.

Juicy peach and slight savoury notes offer some attractive complexity.

Terra Sancta ‘Mysterious Diggings’ Pinot Noir – Bannockburn, Central Otago, NZ

An early map by a resident of Bannockburn gave a small parcel of land the name ‘Mysterious Diggings’.

A vineyard of extreme beauty, high in the hills, The Diggings vineyard has sun-drenched, rocky terraces

with soils heavy in native schist. The fragrance and dark cherry flavours of the Diggings Pinot Noir

are created by these unique vineyard soils. Simply delicious!

Grant Burge ‘Hillcot’ Merlot – Barossa Valley, S.A.

This iconic wine is deep red in colour with strong aromas of cherry and plum, with hints of Christmas mince pies.

The palate mirrors the nose, with sweet vanilla from the oak complementing the Christmas flavours.

This wine is full flavoured, yet medium bodied, with elegant, soft and balanced tannins.

A typical Barossa Merlot that is rich, luscious and flavoursome.

DowieDoole ‘CT’ Shiraz – McLaren Vale, S.A.

Rich dark crimson with a bright crimson hue, this unmistakable McLaren Vale shiraz has a bouquet of dark fruits,

cloves, spices, with subtle French oak notes further lifting the fruit out of the glass. The palate is rich and full,

with layers of dark fruits, licorice and plums, and has a fine, long tannin structure. The 24 months of oak maturation

has added to the complexity and given the wine an elegant tannin line.

Schobers Estate ‘Classic Clare’ Single Vineyard Shiraz – Clare Valley, S.A.

The iconic Schobers Vineyard is contour planted on rolling hills at the southern end of the famous Clare Valley wine region

in South Australia. The premium quality dry-grown vineyard of 120 hectares was first planted in 1977. Schobers is amongst

the top-rated red wine producing vineyards in Australia. Its unique red clay over limestone soils consistently produces complex

wines rich in concentration, with outstanding regional character and cellaring potential.
Schobers wines are made by the highly acclaimed winemakers David O’Leary and Nick Walker, whose winery is adjacent to

the vineyard. This proximity ensures the grapes are harvested from selected blocks when they are at their optimum ripeness.

Deep crimson in colour with dark fruits, olive and wood spice on the nose. A rare combination of both generous and refined.

Dense blood plum and blackberry flavours supported by fine French oak. The finish is savoury and exceptionally long. May be cellared for up to 20 years.
